It did get sorted in the end and I got my refund, but the whole return process was more annoying than I expected. After I sent the item back, I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, and while support did respond, everything felt slow. I had to follow up more than once, which made it more frustrating. Not the worst experience, but the return instructions and timeline could definitely be clearer.

I might just be picky about website design, but mantrabrand.com looked really clean to me. The colors, layout, and product photos felt like they were put together well without trying too hard. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it was easy on the eyes and actually made browsing feel a lot more enjoyable
